This statement sets out the steps we take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chains.

3. Our Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that:
- All workers are treated fairly, with dignity and respect
- No worker is subject to forced labour, bonded labour, or human trafficking
- No worker is required to pay recruitment fees to obtain work
- We do not retain or withhold workers’ passports, identity documents, or personal belongings
- All workers are paid at least the UK National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage
- Working hours comply with UK employment law
- Workers are free to leave their employment subject to reasonable notice in line with their contract
4. Policies and Procedures
We have the following policies and procedures in place to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking:
- Right to Work checks for all workers before placement
- Verification of worker identity and legal status
- Transparent recruitment practices
- Written contracts provided to all workers in a language they understand
- Payroll processes that ensure lawful wages and payslips
- Health & Safety compliance at client sites
- Confidential reporting channels for workers to raise concerns
- Disciplinary procedures for any staff found to be in breach of this policy
5. Recruitment Practices
Our recruitment practices are designed to ensure fairness and transparency:
- We do not charge workers any fees for recruitment, placement, or continued employment
- We do not use third-party recruiters who charge workers recruitment fees
- All terms of employment are clearly explained to workers before they start work
- Workers are free to choose whether to accept or decline assignments
- We do not use coercion, threats, or deception in recruitment
6. Wages, Working Conditions and Accommodation
We ensure that:
- All workers are paid in accordance with UK National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage legislation
- Wages are paid directly into the worker’s own bank account
- Payslips are issued in line with UK payroll regulations
- Working hours comply with the Working Time Regulations 1998
- Any accommodation arranged by us (if applicable) meets UK housing standards
- Any deductions for accommodation or transport (if applicable) are lawful, transparent, and clearly documented
7. Supply Chain Due Diligence
We take reasonable steps to ensure that our suppliers, partners, and clients operate in a lawful and ethical manner.
This includes:
- Conducting basic due diligence on clients and service providers
- Refusing to work with any party where there is evidence of unethical or unlawful labour practices
- Requiring third-party service providers to comply with applicable employment and modern slavery laws
8. Training and Awareness
We provide training and guidance to relevant staff on:
- Identifying signs of modern slavery and exploitation
- Reporting concerns or suspicions
- Supporting workers who may be at risk
We encourage all workers and staff to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
